FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
The Next Generation of Photography Studios
Opens First US Location in Frisco this Week.
PhotoSculpt® introduces innovative 3-D photography and 3-D replicas
at Grand Opening Event.
Frisco, Texas (January 26, 2015) Dallas/Fort Worth-based PhotoSculpt will open its first US location at a Grand Opening event in Frisco this Thursday, January 29th. The innovative photography studio uses over 80 DSLR cameras to create a high-definition, 360-degree scan that is then output as a detailed 3-D replica, Making Memories Tangible™ like never before.
PhotoSculpt utilizes state-of-the-art Captured Dimensions® technology to produce photorealistic, full color 3-D printed sculptures of people, pets and cherished moments in life. These replicas are perfect for creating treasured keepsakes like never before of families, kids, grandkids, athletes, brides, graduates, expecting moms, deploying military and more.
“Pictures give you a singular viewpoint. But 3-D scanning gives you all viewpoints,” said PhotoSculpt founder Jordan Williams. “We’re happy that PhotoSculpt’s first US studio will debut here in our home market of Dallas/Fort Worth.”
PhotoSculpt’s technology has already been featured at the Smithsonian Institute in Washington DC, Chicago 3-D Conference, Dallas Bridal Show, Dallas ComicCon and the RTX gaming convention in Austin. And now the same technology is available for families in North Texas at a price competitive with traditional photography studios.
The ribbon cutting event will begin at 3:30pm on Thursday, January 29th, with an open house until 8:00pm at their flagship storefront near Stonebriar Centre Mall at 8549 Gaylord Parkway in Frisco.
Grand Opening prices are available for a limited time that includes a 360-degree scan, digital retouching and a 3-D printed replica of a single subject starting at $79. Customers can visit photosculpt.com, call (214) 516-7836 or visit the Frisco location to schedule an appointment.
Jordan, along with his father Doug Williams, created the PhotoSculpt concept in 2012. “Who better than a father-son team to know the importance of capturing the moment,” says PhotoSculpt co-founder Doug Williams.
